Op 24 Mei 2011 vindt in Utrecht een Phenix workshop plaats. Phenix is een van de meestgebruikte software pakketen in de eiwit-kristallografie. De workshop wordt georganiseerd door Piet Gros en Tom Burnley, Universiteit Utrecht. De registratiekosten zijn 30 Euro. Registratie kan bij Tom Burnley, B.T.Burnley@uu.nl (limiteerd aantal plaatsen).

Wednesday 22 june 2011, SyNeW 2011, Amsterdam
we would like to draw your attention to SyNeW 2011. It is the next Belgian and Dutch user meeting of synchrotron and neutron radiation large-scale facilities and will be held in Amsterdam on June 22nd.
It will be a one day meeting giving an overview of the latest scientific results and most recent trends and developments at the national and European levels. To participate please register and submit your contribution online at www.nwo.nl/synew. There will be no registration fee.

November 4th the NVK organizes the yearly one-day symposium, this year in conjunction with the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Kristalgroei (NVKG). Both associations will have their assembly of members that day. Theme of the symposium is "A structural view on crystallization". The location and detailed program will be announced in short.
